Got well-appointed double room with balcony when arrived, loved that. The staff seemed very attentive and helpful.

Great value hotel located so close to the ruins of Carthage or downtown Tunis, other sightseeing locations in La Marsa and the public areas. Very good service from the knowledgeable, dedicated stuff members. Units with free wi-fi connection. Really nice overall experience.

Grounds were kept fairly clean. Breakfast was tasty and great. - the room was clean with an amazing balcony. - TV and safety measures included smoke detectors. - Overall the service was FANTASTIC. - Parking was nearby.

The rooms are not clean, the hotel stinks, the furniture very old for a five star hotel, The cleaning staff are not doing a good job to let us be comfortable in our rooms. the glasses are dirty and I have the proof. i did a test and bingo they didn't pass the test. There is always something missing from the room be it a robe, towels and so on. I think ur staff must have a workshop about how to clean a room. During breakfast some of ur staff are really rude and not helpful.

Very bad staff specialy who are working in the recipcian. At first one of them told me there was no available room. I waited more than one hour after long flight. I really up set. After i called booking, they started to helping me. The guy who is working in the reception told me if i don't do it i will lose my job. And this guy was the manager of the receptionists.

The hotel was clean and in a nice and absolutely perfect location. the staff were very helpful. - Appreciated our rooms with a view of the gulf. - the restaurant was really nice, offering French cuisine with appetising dishes.

Absolutely breathtaking views, savoury and exceptionally good breakfast with international cuisine, freshly cooked eggs plus the juice. Great-sized and brand-new room with gates. Location adjacent to La Marsa.

Wi-Fi was very poor.

Perfect spot by the sea and forest, near La Marsa in Tunis! Just a bit out of the city’s hustle and bustle.

Had a very pleasant stay on a business trip. Very amiable staff as I wanted. I had a tastefully decorated room with a view of the Gulf and a balcony. The location was lovely - within walking distance of everywhere I wanted to go.

The room is spacious and new, overlooking the pool. The pool is nice and parking is convenient. Free wake up calls and ironing services are provided. The hotel's location is absolutely stunning, just a 20 to 30-minute drive from the airport.

Spacious and fancy room with a nice touch of gates that added to the charm. the American breakfast was yummy and had a good range of choices 🍳.
